Step into history at the coast where a dramatic naval battle took place in 1644. Here, the Danish fleet clashed with a Swedish–Dutch fleet in a fierce encounter that ended in a devastating defeat for Denmark. Much of the Danish fleet was captured, and three ships sank beneath the waves.
